Louise is a creative soul that has being connected with dancing and arts since a very young age. For many years Louise spent time studying different types of arts and crafts and her passion and soul purpose with working with her hands lead her to become involved facilitating dancing and crafts workshops and she's a Holistic Arts Therapist. Louise believes arts are a powerful tool to promote healing and wellbeing, where you can express your highest self and be connected with your heart. 

Ingrid has been dedicated to finding balance within herself and has been working on her spiritual path for many years. Through yoga meditation and Reiki healing energy she has found another way of understanding herself and life. With a physiotherapy background she had dedicated her life working with other people to help them find their balance and healing too for many years. When working with body mind emotions and soul you understand that balance only comes from the inner work and that’s what she tries to inspire and guide people when working one by one and facilitating healing circles and workshops.
