WELCOME TO OUR SOLSHINE ARTS THERAPY AND CREATIVE WORKSHOPS STUDIO!

Please read these carefully to ensure we are on the same page.  

The amount paid for Creative Workshop tickets can not be used for the products that I sell.  

Creative Workshops sessions:  

- Your seat is secured once we receive full payment. However, we can organise 50% deposit payment if necessary. 

-  We have group class minimums to meet, if we do not make them and need to cancel a class we may do so at any time and offer you a full refund or a credit to attend a class at the same value within a 12 month period. 

-  Please set a reminder and double-check workshop dates + times here through our website. Unfortunately, because we have held this spot for you and turned others away we can not issue credits or refund if you don't show. Feel free to contact us anytime to clarify session times.  

Cancelation policy:  

7 days in advance - 100% refundable   

3 days in advance - 50% refundable   

Less than 3 days in advance or no shows - not refundable
