A print or original artwork can only be refunded or returned if it was damaged upon the postal process. If your package and contents did arrived damaged, please send a photo of your damaged package to solshinearts.au@gmail.com and we will get back to you regarding the refund or exchange process.
PRINTS: We ask that you then return the print to our studio via post, either in the original packaging or packaging purchased at your local post office. The cost of delivery/postage to be covered at the expense of the customer.
ORIGINAL ARTWORK: If the artwork is damaged upon arrival please email solshinearts.au@gmail.com for an exchange or refund and we will sort that out for you. All artwork is covered by insurance/warranty via the post/courier.
